Refund policy

All products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • The customer no longer wants the item

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will replace or refund it at no additional cost. To be eligible, please contact support@fourthmentality.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. You do not need to return the item.

Customers in the United Kingdom and United States: The same policy applies. Return shipping costs (where applicable) are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defect or error on our part.

Incorrect address: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Lost packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the loss is confirmed, we will send a replacement at no charge.
