Shipping Policy
All products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Each item is custom-produced specifically for the customer once the order is placed.
Production time: 2–7 business days before shipping.
Estimated delivery times:
- Spain: 5–10 business days after production
- European Union: 5–10 business days after production
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days after production
- United States: 7–14 business days after production
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days after production
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier, customs clearance, or public holidays. Printful operates fulfillment centers across Europe and North America; orders ship from the center closest to the delivery address.
Taxes, Duties & Customs
For orders shipped outside the European Union — including Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States — additional import taxes, customs duties, or fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Fourth Mentality is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Fulfillment from Multiple Locations Printful operates fulfillment centers across Europe and North America. Your order will be shipped from the center closest to your delivery address to minimize transit time.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.
Incorrect Address If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Lost Packages If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
